  1. I don't know what a 1 off journey is, but as long as it has a seatbelt for him, it should be fine...


  2. Yes. You are allowed to place a child requiring a child seat or booster seat in the front seat of a van or truck at any time.

    If the vehicle has air bags, and no back seat, there should be a way to turn off the air bag.
