I've a problem with my printer.?

Question

I have a DELL AIO all-in-one 948 printer. It's been fine until recently, but at the moment it won't scan anything. All that comes up is "Cannot Find Application List". I've Windows Vista Home Premium with 320GB of space and it should work, but why isn't it?

try re-installing the drivers for the printer

I don't know and wish I could help you.

I do know this: if you call customer service, be prepared to have to talk to some Pakistani or Indian person whose accent is so strong you'll spend the better part of 3 hours on the phone saying "WHAT?" or "CAN YOU SAY THAT AGAN VERY SLOWLY?"
