I gotta believe an antiquities auction would be your best bet...I personally, didn't know that paper could survive for 700 years!

Postage stamps were a 19th century invention. Stamps bearing those dates will be from Arabic countries where they use the Islamic calendar.

you could try eBay, but I'm not too sure because you have a lot of stamps! You could try a museum to see if they are interested. good luck!

What are they stamps of? Any official governmental or imperial ones?

Are they complete (with the seal or inkpads)?

If so contact a curator for a good museum.  Or go to a decent auction house.
