I've already listed my item for sale on Ebay, but I can't seem to adjust the reserve price..HELP!?

I have a Yamaha Trumpet for sale on Ebay. I JUST listed it yesterday, but when I was filling out information for it, I was never asked a reserve price for it. I have edited the instrument and tried to change the price but it never works. HELP. Is there some kind of rule where you can't set a reserve price if you don't have enough feed back? I have 0. This is my first item selling on EBAY.

You cannot set a reserve price after you have bids.

you can end the auction early and re-list it with the reserve price. the bidders will bid again, esp if you email them or put in the new listing why you ended it early. they deserve a reason.
