  1. Yea, Ireland is awesome!!! You should definitely go! I went this summer ( I go every summer). If you go you should visit Grafton Street in Dublin!!

  2. I've been there when i was small and what i can remember is how green the grass.i love the old castles too.it too much to write about but it was the best place i ever been i don't know if its cause I'm 100% Irish but i love it.make sure u go.u only live ones.

  3. Its a gorgeous country...I've lived here for a year now and seen it in all its seasons...winter hasits own eary beauty, but its very wet and chilly. I think the time inbetween spring and summer is the best. Just make sure you come with a friend...its kinda lonely otherwise..

  4. I went.  and I'll go with you if you go.  second greatest Island in the world.

  5. Tis the sweetest spot in all the world..You'll fall in love with the people..You'll be moved to tears of joy by it's beauty...you'll laugh at the wonderful humour of it's people....you'll be lifted yp by it's songs and stories''you will be totally enchanted and never want to leave it...You go there once and you will be bitten by the invesible bug that will bring you back to that beautiful land again and again.

  6. very nice country but far far to expensive..wait until they adjust their VAT...currently you need a mortgage to get loaded in Dublin's Temple Bar...

  7. i would need all day to tell u about beautiful ireland.

peaceful life (u dont need a watch)

    friendly ppl

    beautiful scenery

    plenty of entertainment

go there u wont regret it.

i regret moving away all those years ago.

  8. It's beautiful!!!! If you go, be sure to visit Glendalough in county Wicklow (just south of Dublin) - it's the ruins of St. Kevin's monastery - very serene and lovely!

  9. its eerily beautiful--when i went, felt like i was home--although i had never been there before----------

  10. A beautiful country with beautiful people, Johnny Cash sang about it's 40 shades of green and it's true.

A very gentle way of life.

  11. FORTY SHADES OF GREEN!!! I LOVE IRELAND.  IT is like the most favorite place I have been to. They are very funny when they talk but they are so cool. Ireland has alot of green around it and theres about 40 shades of green or more. Its called forty shades of green cause you see green all around you. They have sheep and horses. Its cold there like in Whales but still its awsome. The schools there have uniforms and they are very strict with there religion and its Christianity. Its hilly. One year we went there and there was riots all over because of there government and religion. Forty people got injured and I think three died. You go into the stores and there tiny but they have cool  stuff every where. They have Irish dancing and music. The towns are really small. You hike every where and theres alot of history you see. Theres castles and round abouts theres alot of round abouts . Its were you go into a circle and go the other way or what ever. You drive on the opposite sides. Theres a history about the vikings when you go there its really cool. You have to go there I can't explain it all you have to go there.

  12. If you're gonna come for the Forty Shades of Green, stay away from Dublin! South of Dublin is beautiful if you're planning on arriving in Dublin Airport, but if you can, Shannon or Knock airport are located in much more scenic areas (Clare and Mayo, respectively), and will bring you right into the countryside. I'm from East Galway, and can honestly tell you that West Galway (Connemara) is very much unspoiled, with the picturesque Kylemore Abbey, and parts of Roundstone.

    One word: Ashford Castle.

Cork, Tipperary and Kerry are much more tourist-orientated, but equally beautiful. Cork has a good mix of urban and rural living, and places like Cobh are totally underestimated as a holiday location.

Donegal is also breathtaking, particularly the beaches. Generally, the entire West Coast is excellent for beaches and aquatic-sports, taking full advantage of the Atlantic.

Inland, Carlow is very hilly and scenic. And further East, Wicklow and Wexford are fantastic for holidaying families.

Just my opinion. Dubliners, please don't jump me.
