well i have early acne scars which means that they are not permanent scars yet.and they're red and small like red dots. so i've read this article about acne scars.

http://dermatology.about.com/cs/acnescar...

and it says that while the skin is healing, there are some kind of gel or something like that that i can put on my scars to help treat them such as : tretinoin (Retin-A, Renova, Avita).

so where can i buy these stuff? and also where can i buy fresh aloe vera?

so before i read this, i've been puttig lemons on my face for days now! and i'm wondering if it's ok for my early acne scars or does this harm my scars?

thank you so much for your help! i appreciate it!

  1. For retin-A and stuff like that, you have to have a prescription from a dermatologist. But to get fresh Aloe Vera, you can go to your local garden center and buy an aloe vera plant. Just ask the store for on and they will show you where it is. It is leaves that you break open, and they are full of aloe vera.

  2. Retin-A will work like a charm, but it's a prescription cream. Do you have a Dermatologist? If not, get one and have them write you a script. You need to use it very sparingly. It's really strong. The first few days I used it, I used too much and my face felt so stiff, I didn't think I could open my mouth, plus it burnt me and I had redness on my face for days. But, as I said it really worked.

  3. Mederma for kids or regular mederma buy at pharmacy

  4. when i started to get acne i just wash my face with a medicated soap and i go to sleep i would left the soads on and in the morning i would wash it off .  trust me it's work

  5. I would not put lemons on my face. there is acid in them, that is not good.

Second you can buy an aloe vera plant and use the aloe from it.

I would go to a lazier clinic for 150.00 you can get a treatment that will reduce scars.

  6. i think you can buy retin-A at walmart, or your closest drugstore if walmart doesnt carry it...and for the fresh aloe, buy an aloe plant...theyre amazing!

  7. Greetings!

Having acne scars can be traumatic but there are things that you can do to ease and expedite the healing process.

    1.  Wash your face with natural soap (I suggest Dr. Bronners Castille soap) that can be bought at any health food store in your neighborhood (ex. The Wedge Coop; Whole Foods; Sevananda etc.)  That will control the amount of dirt clogging your pores that contributes to acne break outs.

    2.  Drink more water!!!  Toxins will come out in your pee.  Toxins that do not come out of your urine or f***s, come out in your skin!!!!

    3.  You can get aloe vera gel in the lotion aisle at Target stores or you can go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Wal Mart and buy the living plant.  The living plant is better and works faster because it has not gone through manufacturing/processing.  You can easily purchase an aloe vera plant for $5.00 or less and use one inch of leaf at a time.

    4.  Stop picking your face!!!! The number one cause of scarring and blemishes is not the actually acne bumps but the nervous picking that ensures when people try to pick their acne away. Impossible!!!  Leave your acne bumps alone to the best of your ability.  When you feel the need to pick your face.  Just wash it with some good natural soap.  Love your face whole.

    5.  You are more than your skin.  True beauty resonates from the inside out.  If you think you look like a monster, then others will to.  If the scars bother you that much then it is IMPERATIVE that you find some make-up to cover your face until you have been successful at removing the scars (which takes any where from 60-120 days depending on if you are a acne picker or not!!!).  Even the most beautiful women on the planet wear make-up.  It enhances beauty and there is nothing wrong with it.

    6.  Cheer up and be positive.  No ones perfect and acne will not kill you.

    I hope this helps.

  8. if you don't want to buy the aloe vera cactus plant and use that, walgreens has a nice pure aloe vera in a plastic bottle for about $6.00 it is also good for sun burns thats why I know about that.

your skin cells and body renews so often I wouldnt worry about this being permanent.

  9. you have to keep your skin bacteria free by using astringents and a acne gel like some neutrogena and clearasil products all over the face.

You have to also use oil free products, never use something for dry skin cause it causes it to produce more oil and it attracts acne causing  bacteria. Remember that you must remove dead skin cells by scrubbing you can do so  by  using sugar and liquid soap , rub it on your face and it 'I'll help dry out the acne. make sure you use an oil free moisturizer after.

never ever go to bed without washing your face and never ever touch it with dirty hands.

Help me out with this, please people:
