Question:

I've become so numb. any idea to turn me on again?

any suggestion to get rid of this feeling? everything looks so boring.

  1. Maybe try getting some new friends? I did, and I'm happy.

Working out helps with depression...You should take a multivitamin which helps your body work properly...especially B-vitamins which help with your nervous system and if your in your teens, Calcium is important not just for your growth but calcium helps transmitters within your cells to transfer information throughout your whole body which includes your nervous system.  Affirmations about your life will help you in the long run and even in short term situations...some like "I'm happy with my Life" repeat this to yourself everyday, in the morning and night, everyday...I'ts bound to become true in your life...Make your own affirmation to whats best suited for you...  God luck with this and keep getting help until you feel better.

  4. Hi maybe you're a little depressed?  Whether you are or not I can offer some general advice from personal experience and research.

    Take good general care of yourself, even if because you're down you may not feel like it!  Eat well, stay hydrated, get good sleep, exercise, socialise. Try to avoid booze and illegal drugs which may feel good at the time, but never actually help.

    There are so many activities out there, just keep piling into new hobbies with all the enthusiasm you can muster, til you find something that  cuts through the grey and makes you feel alive: art, music, sport, martial arts, the gym...the list is endless.  There'll be something out there to excite you!

    Maybe a doctor or counsellor could help, but try to research these a little before committing to anti-depreesant meds or counselling.
