  1. Of course not.  Just eat sensibly.

  2. Why from non-vegetarian to vegetarian and then to non-vegetarian ?

If you are going to eat meat, don't eat too much, currently there is a trend that protein consumption is over the recommended quantity, that is no good for the body.

From the Healthy Eating booklet from Health Promotion Board, it suggest that for a healthy diet (referring to non-veg). Replace meat in dishes with beans and bean products (e.g tofu) on some days.

  3. I have only one thing to say WHY!!!!!

  4. ofcourse nawt hun!

  5. No but pace yourself, you might feel sick in the begging.

  6. Not sure why you started to eat meat again. You body should need time to adjust to the new diet. Do intro the new diet gradually.

Back to your question if you are going to be fat. Its very difficult to answer but we should expect some weight gain initially which is normal.

Normal meat eater can maintain their weights so you could too.

  7. Only if you eat too much of everything including meat..
