I've been awake for eighteen hours and I'm not at all tired really. How can I get to sleep without medication or anything.

  1. A good start would be to get of the computer, lie down and close your eyes. Then, if this doesn't work try a big hammer (sledge hammer is ok) and drop it on your head.

  2. put some music and listen with your eyes closed, on bed.

    bye

  3. There's really nothing wrong with taking a couple Benadryl...

  4. It might sound a bit g*y, but when i'm struggling to sleep, I put on some Mercury Rev, light some candles and get in a bath with the lights off.

If you can get some aromatherapy oils, like lavender or something, they help slow your heart rate.
