I've been banned from a game not through ip?

okayyy. so

i was playing this online MMO (massively multilayer online) game online for a few months. i really liked the game too

but then i pissed off the creator and she banned me

ive tried changing my ip several times, and it seems like it isnt the case. I've even had a friend over who brought his labtop, and he could log into the game just fine using my internet. so im convinced the bann has nothing to do with ip at all.

i really wanna play again, and im not sure what i can do to my computer to have it fixed to where i can create a new account and log in again.

any help??

try getting a new account an if that doesnt work try getting rid of any trace of the game that on you computer an if you need to install it reinstall an if that doesnt work if you know how an you really want to play it that bad reinstall windows or what ever os you have
