I've been dabbling in my own SEO for a while now, but I need some advice.?

After reading all the SEO sources that you can read and learn then be responsible and promote your website more responsible then you will see real success rather than few peanut clicks or temporary back links.

First think out of box to promote your website.

For example: if you think you can get backlinks from yahoo answers then you are wrong. It will not help you in real for long run.

If you really help others by answering their questions and proving your product as a reference where it is really necessary then it helps.

Pick up the book SEO bible. Not only does it have what to do for SEO but what not to do. Do what it says, wait two months and then you are good to make revisions to your SEO strategy.

Seo is a huge topic and one that takes along time to figure out what actually work and what doesn't.
