I've been diagnosed with essential head tremors. Any home remedies or San Diego support groups out there?

It is a moderate shaking, and the doctor said that medicine would not be effective. He said it will get worse. Any help on slowing it down would also be helpful. Thanx! :o)

My mother has developed that lately, im sorry to hear of your problem. I'm worried for her because she won't go see a doc because I think she's afraid.

She's been getting accupemture for it, she reckons it's helping but im not so sure.

I will ask her again and see what she thinks.
