I've always been a big eater. But I gained weight this summer, so I decided to start exercising and get back in shape. I think I'm eating just about the same as I did before I started running. But I'm even more hungry. I just ate lunch, I had a can of healthy select soup, cheese sticks, and chicken nuggets. That wasn't that long ago and I'm really hungry again.
Is it because I'm running? Its like I'm trying to lose weight, but I'm still hungry all the time!
