I've been expelled from school, can i go back next year?

i was on a behavior contract and i broke it by getting in trouble one last time. they tried to send me to a behavirol school and i didnt go. i had to go for 45 days to attend a public school, but its been over a year now and i really want to go back to school, should i be allowed back in? =]

  7. Not if you had to go to the behavior school in order to return.

    I had to do that too, and even if I went to another state - they most likely will want to put you in their "reform" school until you pay your time.

    You're most likely banned from all school grounds until you do your time.

    I know, it's a stupid rule and I hated it too.

    But, 45 days isn't that bad, and you need what you can to stay in school, otherwise you'll end up doing real time.
