I've been extremely tired the last few days..so I haven't worked out. I lost 5 pounds...?

How did this happen. I mean I havent been exercising. I have been eating the same, and I am pmsing! What happened?

  1. this happens to me too. ill work out reguraly, and lose nothing, but then ill take a break and drop a couple of pounds. sometimes the body has a mind of it's own it seems.  


  2. i would suggest that you start exercising because it can really help in alot of ways .

    Im talking like simple exercising or joining a sport you like for example i really like running so i run how much i want to itsgood and it keeps you fit.

  3. There are a lot of factors that can change your metabolism: illness, hormones, etc. Maybe you just had a hormone change that increased your metabolism a bit. Also, if you're PMSing, you might be losing water weight. Hope you feel better soon!

  5. If you have been sleeping more than usual, this could be your answer.  Otherwise, you may have lost water weight (if you were bloated) due to your period.
