I've been happier lately but today I notice that Ive gotten quite withdrawn.. ?

Is there anything I can do so I can be just my sweet self and not be withdrawn or just really sad ? any advice thanks in advance everyone... Like I said ive been happy but today i just seem to be more inward and a bit sad...

  1. There are days when your going to have a bad day but then the amount of good days you have compared to bad are much better. Do something that cheers you up. Go out with your friends. Do something with your family. Watch a funny film. Do something you enjoy. You will feel alot better soon just keep your chin up. Good luck


  2. I try to force myself to interact with people or engage in things I know I love and enjoy (even if I don't feel like it)

    This can sometimes bypass the sadness and boost your spirits.

  3. ur withdrawl may be from experience or something u thought about during the day. this may be a good or a bad thing u experienced/though about that may have made u thhink about it alot or worry.it could be from a fight, thinking of the past, something u wittnessed but didnt think much of it at the time or u might be feeling weak.

    i could be completely off there but theyre just my suggestions. lack of sleep could also leave u feeling less energectic or not eating right.

    just try having a clear mind with less negative thoughts to think about.
