I've been having a lot of thoughts... (read on)?

I haven't been feeling good lately and I think I've been depressed and like I don't have enough control over myself and what happens in my life.

Every time I get angry or am in a bad mood I have thoughts about hurting someone. Usually it's either the person I'm mad at or just a person who is near me at the time of the thought. I've been having more hostile thoughts about just a lot of different ways to hurt someone and thoughts about just standing up and mouthing off to people. I've also had some thoughts about my ex boyfriend and recently I've just been thinking of a lot of things that have happened while we were dating. In general, no matter what it's about, I've just been daydreaming a lot more than usual. What could this mean?

  1. You may be frustrated and/or embarrassed by your personal performance or achievement level, and have perceived that you must lash out at the ones responsible for your misfortune, rather than accepting the notion that you are personally responsible for your predicament.

    You seem to be transferring internal guilt from yourself to others who just happen to meander by.
