I've been having dreams EVERY NIGHT about my ex- does this mean I still like him?

My ex and I were together for about 6-7 months over 1 year ago. When we broke up (he pretty much was the one who broke it off) I was completely devastated for a good 2-3 days. And I mean devastated- non-stop crying, did some drugs I hadn't done in a while, etc. And the break-up did hurt me for a few weeks after, but, after about 3 months I felt pretty much completely over it.

Now, he NEVER crosses my mind during the day at all- only at night! For some reason, I have been remembering bits and pieces of my dreams every night over the past couple months- and he is in 90% of them. The dreams are about us getting back together somehow or me trying to get him jealous by being in front of him with another guy or something.

What does this mean? I thought I was completely over him, and I can't remember the last time I thought of him during the day. Could I still have feelings for him?

Also, do you think making a list of all his faults/flaws and studying it before bed would stop the dreams?

  1. It's your subconcious mostly, but you are probably missing him some but your mind is protecting you from thinking about him so that could be why you are only dreaming of him. Perhaps the drugs you did added to the intense feelings you had for him after you broke up.

It's not uncommon to dream about old friends aquaintances ect.

  2. hmmm well you taking drugs might be the problem you dreaming about your ex

  3. i think you miss him =s and i know this isnt part of what you asked, but i think you should stay off drugs

  4. ok first stop taking drugs theyll give you problems. I dreamt about an ex for years, and didnt stop dreaming about him till I was really in love with some one else. I think it represents your desire to be in a relationship.
