I've been having sharp shooting pains that feel like ?

toothaches. it's been going on for a couple days, i get them in my left thigh bone, and in my hip (right side). if you've had a migraine you know the sharp pain i'm talking about. and once in awhile i get them almost down where my ovary is. what would cause this?

could be a cyst growing you should see a gyno about that could be something worse.

hmm i know right after i have my period, i get a sharp pain where my ovary is.

My doc told me it was just ovulation.  I wouldnt know about your thight though..
