I did alot of weight lifting yesterday, and last night. I noticed myself stretching my neck muscle out. ( flexing it, tweaking it on my own )
I'm trying to think how to describe it best.
Ok, how people crack their knuckles. Crack their neck, or back.
This strange neck tweak I've been kind of doing on my own.
I don't want to make a stupid habit out of stretching my neck muscle, because that could result in serious injury, and it's real strange.
Any comments, advice ?
Mainly, how did I develop this habit within a day ?
Something to do with working out alot ?
