This is something new for me. I've even thought in my dreams that I must be dreaming because the stuff happening was just too wild. Anyhow not sure what has brought all this on. In the mornings I'm feeling really wiped out too, very tired all day. Any thoughts as to what can be causing this to happen?

  1. sounds like you are teetering on the border of lucid dreaming.  Check out the movie "waking life" for more information!

  2. I have the same issue with all of my dreams and it's being going on for as long as I can remember. I'm going to star your question so I can check you answers later for an explanation.

This is going to sound weird,

but sometimes my vivid dreams come true.

  3. Are you on anti-depressants? I have had similar experiences since starting lexapro.

  4. There is a medication, Chantix, that is used to stop smoking but can cause people to have vivid dreams. Has your sleep schedule changed because of a pet, baby, new job etc. If so, you are probably remembering your dreams, because you wake up in the middle of them. Try to go to bed earlier.

  5. I'm guess the reason you are suddenly having more vivid dreams because new issuses have entered your life. If you do believe you are have lucid dreams try to figure what is the meaning of these dreams. Lucid dreams are pretty cool. with practice you can lead them to follow a sort of 'story' you want, basically controling them.  Don't fret, it also maybe your going to bed more tired than normal get more sleep.
