  1. #1 18yrs old and over, stays more than six months but less than a year = 3yr ban

#2 18 yrs old and over stays illegally for more than a year = 10yr ban

#3 18 yrs old and over stays illegaly for less than six months = no ban

#4 If you leave being younger than 18 = no ban

  2. Unfortunately yes, but apply for citizenship and become one of us.

  3. You have to return to where you belong, you will pay for the illegal actions of your parents, there could be a 10 year ban on you as should be.

    Report and Deport

  4. Yes.

  5. It should be possible for you to file for a visa, but yes, the INS would most likely deport you.  As for how long before you could return, i would look at the website they maintain.  You should be able to find it with a simple google search.
