Please promise me,even though I am stranger to you, you won't give up on life. I have so many times. And that was worse.In so many ways. I too am stuck at home almost every single day and night. Usually only go out when someone practically drags me out. These are family. Lost all my friends.It seems such an uphill battle isn't it? So much so that it takes your breath away. But don't give up please. You are not alone. Seems we have along with others something very much in common. I don't pretend I know what to do. But I care. So don't you dare give up. The past and present may be awful. Just hold on for the next 3 minutes then the next 3. And you will be in the present and the future will keep coming. And with it Hope. For you and me and all of us who are feeling that sometimes all are options are gone. But they really are there. Stop pushing your self so hard. And take care. Tara.

Don't give up. Make a decision that you'll never give up. Don't give in to those negative thoughts. Do something, any thing. Make even a small change and it will have a domino effect. One change at a time. And Pray. Not prayers of complaints. Ask God what to do. Ask for ideas. He will put them into your mind and then try them. I'll pray for you.
