I have not been able to retrieve my password. I think it was changed by my ex along with the information to find it. My zip code won't work. Is there any other way to get into it?

  2. no, i think you only have 6 month

  3. According to Yahoo Mail Help, a former answer is correct: they deactivate after four months. See below*  for their exact reply.

However, here's something to try if you really need to get into your old account.  Register for a new account on Yahoo. If your old account is still "active," you should get a message saying that someone by your name already has an account. If so, then you can request that they email you your password at a current, functioning  email address and they will provide instructions for you to follow. If your account is truly deactivated,  you will have to open a new account. I have had success with this strategy and gained access to accounts I was "locked out of."

    Hope this helps.
