I've been looking at bike and there components?

i was looking at the norco 4hun and i saw that it came with avid juicy 3 brakes which I've heard are horrible and then i looked at a norco manik and it has hayes stroker ride brakes and the bike is cheaper but arent hayes brakes better than juicy 3's so why would the norco manik be cheaper

Personally, I would never take Hayes Stroker Ryde over Juicy 3. It is all in the adjustment, breakin, and whether you understand how to use discs.
