I've been losing sleep, stressed, anxious, feeling tired, having weird dreams...?

Is this normal? My wedding is this Aug. 2, and for the past week I've felt like this. Thanks.

  1. Welcome to the club!!!!!!! I'm getting married July 26 and I am feeling the exact same way!!! I actually hurled out my truck door while running errands on Monday and wore my slippers to a major mall yesterday (good thing I had flip flops along). I'm told it's normal and just the stress of wedding planning. Good luck and best wishes!!!

    P.S. Benedryl works well to help you sleep and ward off any allergic reactions (allergies, etc.). Sleeping pills just make you dopey the next day and you can't afford to be drowsy!!

Pretty normal for this close to the wedding....however you need to see your Dr. for something to help you sleep....without sleep the rest will only get worse....Talk to your fiance and let them know what is going on.....they might be willing to help with some of the wedding stuff and that might help.

  4. Of course that kind of thing is considered normal. Everyone wants their wedding day to go well so they stress about everything. I'm sure the stress will ease up once everything is in order. Try not to worry so much, and maybe you'll find yourself sleeping better. Take a day to relax and get away for a while. It'll help a lot I'm sure.

  5. oh my goodness i feel the same way and i have the same wedding date! maybe its the date!!!! i hope its normal. try to relax ( i know i am trying). find something that relaxes you and do it. i know i am trying not to think about it too much, but thats not really working. good luck and congratulations!
