i've been off school for two weeks, i got sick and had bad head cold and fever and now its turned into coughing and dioreah and i get dizzy if i make swift movements e.g getting up from sitting down, or leaning over and standing back up.

I've been to the doctors and i'm on antibiotics but i have to go back to school tomorrow but don't want to feel uncomfortable because i have already become behind and i don't want it to increase!

  1. The best thing you can do is take ALL your antibiotics!  Drink plenty of water!  Get a doctor's written excuse for school, because you need to stay put until you're better.  Sometimes the antibiotics can themselves cause dizziness and diarrhea -- yoghurt can help with the diarrhea, but only if it's okay to have dairy along with your particular antibiotic.  Sometimes dizziness can be caused by having to stay lying down for several days -- it will go away when you can sit up for a long time, when you're better.  Sometimes dizziness can be caused when you can't breathe well (cold and coughing) because of lack of oxygen in your blood.  Take it slow!  Get better first, then worry about going back to school.

  2. if you feel worse tell your friends to bring all the work to you

  3. if you're feeling sick, stay in bed and go to the hospital. anything to make you feel better. If you do that, then you will have better concentration in school. If you can't concentrate, then you shouldn't even be at school.
