  1. Just take it easy for a few days, and try not to do anything strenuous with that part of your body if you can possibly help it.

  2. try bengay or hotpak/coldpak

  3. Soaking in a hot tob, and strech every time you are about to start working out and finish working out. When you go to bed stretch. your muscle will soon relax. I also eat bannanas becuase of the pattasium in them. good luck wiht your season. i hope this helps.

  4. I played baseball for years..there is two ways to go...Take pain killers..( Bad Idea ) or rub Icy hot on it...It works very well....

    Hot water helps too..

    Hope you feel better

  5. take it easy and rest.  try stretching before you play again.

  6. hydrocodone

  7. Soak in a hot bath, hot tub or a hot shower.  Alternate between a heating pad & cold compresses - ice in a ziploc & covered by a towel.  Take some ibuprophen.

If you don't have a heating pad or a hot water bottle, try this:  Get some dry beans & put them in a old sock - no holes & tie or sew up the end.  Put this in the microwave for 2 mins. & then put on the sore area.  Simple & cheap.

  8. If I were you, I would probably use an ice pack and rest and relax and then next time before you play, maybe take extra time to stretch your arms and shoulders.
