  1. I haven't used that brand, but I have a 17 yr old QH gelding who's been navicular as long as I've owned him (6 yrs) and about 5 years ago I found out about epona shoes and put a set on my old gelding.  The difference was like night and day!  I wish they'd had these 30 years ago!

  2. i've read about these in magazines

i'm sure they would be slippery... lol

  3. I have no experience with them, I currently use the Cavallo Simple Boots on my barefoot navicular horse.

Here is a great link to a website where farriers answer horse owner questions... someone references the shoes there:

  4. We used some once, although it was years ago so maybe the technology has improved since then.  We didn't like them.  They didn't stay on very well and weren't as tough as they claimed to be.

  5. YEA I USED THEM A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK AND I PERSONALLY DON'T LIKE THEM. IT SAYS THEY ARE SUPER TUFF BUT THEY'RE NOT THEY JUST WORE DOWN. I DIDN'T THINK THE LOOKED THE COMFY ANYWAYS!
