It's not the ones you find on google when you search their name, it's a company that sent me a message saying 'Free calls for a week, would you like to try our service?'. I cant unsubscribe either and they have charged me £10!

  1. complain with the cops, fbi

  2. You can check out the FDIC.gov page and there is a consumer report area - they might be able to help with your scam.

  3. You can absolutely unsubscribe.  Try everything you can to deal with it through the company first - call them, ask to speak to supervisors, etc.

Did they send you anything in writing, saying that you would be charged?  If they did, you might not be able to get a refund, but you should at least be able to prevent future charges.

If the company doesn't help you, then call your regular phone company or your credit card company (wherever the charge is showing up) and tell them you want to dispute the charges.  Good luck.
