I've searched virtually everywhere, yet all I find are one's with a mask or an oversized plush head piece.

I'm looking for this pikachu cosplay costume:

  2. THAT IS IN JAPAN! OMG, Americans know nothing. That is common dressing in Japan, and most make their own outfits. Its probly made by the girl who is wearing it.
