  1. ok what i did was just start getting a personality, and then do sports and stuff w/ my friends. all u have to do is just have fun and be yourself

  2. You won't just suddenly lose your shyness when you hit a certain age. You have to condition yourself to get out of it. Once you get out of high school, if you aren't around a group of people on a normal basis it will only get worse, and you could end up with a social disorder. There is nothing wrong with being a "quiet" person, but if you don't like that about yourself then start changing it now, don't just wait for it to happen ... because I promise you it won't.

  3. Does being shy bother you? If so, what effects of being shy bother you the most?

    Address those issues.

Some people are shy, some are outgoing and talkative, just like some are tall and some are short.

  4. being shy isnt something you just lost like that. you are not going to wake up on your 19th birthday and be like "hey, look at me, i'm not shy anymore!!!" its something you need to work on, i've been shy my whole life, and i think its because im a little peranoid because of kidnappers, murderers, s*x offenders, etc......... but im slowly getting over it.  But, if you are really set on not being shy when you are 19 then that might happen according to the "law of attraction" check out "THE SECRET" all about positive attitude...
