I've been sleeping horribly? Any suggestions?

I go to bed at about 10:30ish and can't fall asleep for at least 2 hours! i've taken tylenol to help but i hate having to do that. how can i help myself relax and fall asleep easily?

  1. Try changing your pre-sleep routine.

    1. Eat a cracker and a slice of turkey about an hout before bed time.

    2. Drink chamomile tea (no sugar, Splenda is ok)

    3. Stretch your nack and neck gently

    4. Turn off all electronics (TV, computer, cell phones, radio)

    5. Eat fish at least twice a week.
