I've been sleeping with my contacts for a LONG time...and now my eyes feel a little funny?

i've probably been sleeping with my contacts in for about the last month, because i don't have any glasses...and i really cannot see with out my contacts in. i took them out before i went to bed last nite because i actually rememeberd to do so....now my eyes feel a lil dry..and like i can actually FEEL my blinks....its weird. i know i should go to the drs, but i do not have medical/health insurance. so i don't know what to do

probably the effects of HYPOXIA or low oxygen to the cornea and resultant lactic acid buildup.

temporary symptoms that will usually resolve in a few days if you stop sleeping in them.
