  1. There are as many ways to homeschool as there are kids being taught at home. It doesn't have to be expensive, but independent learning for high school can run about $100/subject for curriculum, more if you are being tutored or taking classes.

If you don't have a parent that would partner with you as a learning coach, you might check into your local community college for online classes.

  2. according to my mom its more expensive because you need a tudor and such. (i wanna be home schooled too)

but you should look into something like online schooling, ive been looking at it and it seems pretty reasonable.

but if you are really social then i wouldnt recommend it. because it would really cut you off socially

  3. Here's a great place to start. If you choose one of the public programs like K12 or Connections academy-they are free. it's alot like doing homework but it's faster because you aren't sitting in classes for 6 hour a day.

  4. hi, hope i can help here. my aunt homeschools my cousins and they love it. also she teaches them and she has no college at all. they make homeschooling kits to help parents teach their children. homeschool is a very good option and the kids who are homeschool make better on tests , that is what studies say. it should not cost a lot because my aunt does it and she has not said anything about it. they have a lot of websites for homeschooling try to find one for the state you are in. Many Universities hold places for homeschooled children because they already know how to learn.  Several scholorships espically for homeschooled kids are available. here is something that may help too.

there is the National Merit Scholarship http://www.nationalmerit.org/ and finally, here is a whole slew of choices http://homeschooling.gomilpitas.com
