I've been trying to get pregnant about a yr. and a half since my miscarriage but no lucky any tips?

I had a miscarriage last year. It took me around an year for my body to get back into pregnangt mode again, additionally- the stress of trying to conceive can be hard on you. Try to relax and not to stress about it. If you can get a Dr. Appointment maybe it woudl be helpful. Are you taking any prenatal vitamins, it helps to have those n your body. As well, good diet and exercise will be helpful as it will help with your mental health too. Good luck, I know it is hard. But it happened once- so very likely willl happen again. Just take it easy and relax...

You could adopt a child when it's born or you can have someone deliver the baby for you.
