and I think it's time I upgrade to a better wakeboard. So far, all I've had is hydroslide beginner's board. Don't get me wrong, I love that board, but I'm looking for something that can give me the pop I want, something my hydroslide can never do. I'm 6' tall, 180 pounds. I want a board that delivers a huge amount of pop while feeling solid in the water. Can anyone out there help me out? Please be brand/model/size specific and if possible only list boards under $350. Thanks!

  1. I Started out with a hydroslide black widdow and i just upgraded to a Liquidforce '06 Omega 139 with '08 CWB torq hinge bindings... the bindings are the best i would reccomed them to anyone. the way ur hydroslide bindings are... im guessing if they are like mine were, than they have just a strap that goes over ur foot... and when you get other bindings... they are impossibly hard to get into... but with cwb... all you do is pop a hinge and you are in.... look at the video below... but back to boards... here is a little background

Liquid Force - 1st choice and highly recommended

CWB - More of a pro board... liquid force is better for beginner - intermediate

Hyperlite - great boards... so i have been told... i have never ridden one so im not sure what to tell you....

With the liquid force i was talking about... i got mine off of ebay for 125.00 and the msrp is around 200 - 400 so i have been told... i got it brandnew still in the plastic wrap...
