What are those little streams of water just above the surface of the pool? The divers seem to dive in either side of them... I can't figure out what they are there for! Any help?

  1. i know what you mean! i always watch when they dive, and i see those little jets of water coming out. i think they supply cleaned water, and then somewhere in the pool there are filters. so like the filters probably clean out the water, and those jet things near the diving pool put clean water into the pool. that's what happens in most pools.

  2. they make the water look less glossy, so that the divers can see the water and where they have to dive in.

    Hope It Helps!!!

  4. They disrupt the surface tension of the water to make for a less forceful impact upon entry into the water.  Divers tend to pick up quite a bit of speed falling from 10m.
