I've been wondering... what does E∙PLU RIB US∙U NUM on the back of a dime mean?

i keep reading it and all the web sites i've been looking at are in some adobe thing and my laptop doesn't load them so i'm wondering... what does it mean? PLEASE BE HONEST AND ANSWER ONLY IF YOU ARE POSOTIVE!
