  1. uh. you can't actually delete it. [well on all my 6 computers i've tried] so i say click start and go to my computer and do a seach that says recycle bin

  2. how many times have i done this one

  3. i am assuming you are talking about the recycle bin, the place that your deleted items go.

Below you will find three methods of restoring your Recycle Bin to your desktop:

    Method #1:

       1. Right-click an empty area of your desktop

       2. Select Properties

       3. Click the Desktop tab

       4. Click the Customize button

       5. Click Restore Default

       6. Exit all windows and restart your computer

    Method #2:

Note: Be sure to make a backup copy of your registry prior to making any changes.

Go to Start>> Run. Type in: regedit  [Enter]

    Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wi...

Hold the mouse on NameSpace and right-click once. From the resulting menu, select Edit>> New>> Key

Copy and Paste the following Key code (including the brackets):

    {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Press Enter on your keyboard, exit the registry editor and restart your system.

  4. on your hard drive there ought to be a file named "program files" it should be on there somewhere, if not right click go on properties and search for it on there..

  5. It should have gone into the recycle bin, just click open it , find it and follow the instructions

  6. right click on your desktop and select properties, select the Desktop tab then click the Customise desktop button click restore default and it should come back also if there is a box on that page that says recycle bin make sure it has a check mark on it.  good luck

  7. take it back from search or shortcut..

  8. Go to "search" in your start menue and look for "recycle bibn"...once you see the icon in the search results, click and drag the icon back onto your desktop!

    sorted!!

  9. In Vista - right click on desktop and select "personalize". Select "Change desktop items" (left hand column) and make sure recycle bin is ticked

  10. You can't delete the bin icon, even if you want to, that was probably a shortcut, look for it in program files

  11. Try this disaster recovery tool - hope it works for you.. . .

  12. Look through your hard drive

  13. i've just tried it and I havne't the option to delete. Even when i hilight it and press the delete key. It's ppossible you have sent it somewhere else on your hard drive. press your windows button and click on "search" and input recycle bin. Should turn up. Otherwise you'll have to backup all your files and reinstall windows
