  1. 4 of my friends go there its such a beautiful college, to tell you the truth I have no idea how one of them was accepted ha ha.

If you write a heart felt and funny essay then you have a good chance. Also you should start volunteering and do as many extracurriculars as you can. Take the Act's and Sat's more then once so you can increase your score and definitely take the English sat 2's.

    my friends GPA's were 3.8, 3.9, 4.1, 4.2

Good Luck work as hard as you can! =)

  2. take an SAT course and/or study for the SATs; take hard classes that you know you will do decently in (a B+ in an AP course is every bit as impressive as an A in an honors course, so go AP in that situation, but if you don't think you can get at least a B in the AP/honors course, it's not worth it).

    make sure to take:

    Electives 1

    English 4

    Foreign Language 3

    History 2

    Math 4

    Science 4

    Social Studies 2

and just work hard.  you've got a couple years to go, make sure you don't forget the ever-important application essay though; start it the summer before your senior year.
