I've googled it, but no luck! Is "Jualito" a Spanish nickname for Joel???

I've heard people say it. Its pronunciation is Wah-li-to.

I just want to make sure I don't accidentally call a "Joel" something else.

  1. In spanish there is no such nickname as "Jualito", as far as i know.

    But "Juanito" is a nickname for Juan.

    By the way, my son´s name is Joel, and NOBODY calls him Jualito.


  2. I'm with the previous answerer; there is no such name as Jualito.

    The diminutive/form of endearment for Joel is Joelito.

    Pronounced: hoh-eh-lee-toh
