I've got a dell 90w-ac wall charger for my computer and it's telling me that it isn't connecting... help?

what i stated above. gives a message that it's connected but not charging or reading it. ??

  1. Reseat the adapter & the power cable that connects to the wall outlet and check if its working. If we not doing a BIOS update from www.support.dell.com may resolve this issue. For more assistance call Tech Support
