I've got a question involved with eating?

Hello, i'm a male 16 years old, 5'9 150lbs. I go to the gym everyday...Next couple weeks ill be doing the gym and football 6 times a week. I am really conserned that my diet isnt right.

Here are my questions:

a) I am not getting enough calories for how active i am, i really dont know what kind of foods to eat other then the basics. PLEASE give me a diet plan of what all i could eat in a day.

b) I need more variety of foods, especially foods that help with my strength,speed and endurance.

  1. I myself am in your same position. What i have done is loaded on the carbs you will still be burning them all. The lil frozen pizza's that you can get thats what i eat. I drink lots and lots of water and Gatorade 2 stay away from a lot of sugars it makes you feel weighted down. I have been on createn but if you are going to be on that you need a ton of water lol. Make shure you keep plenty of meat in your diet also, and keep up your fruits and vegies. Cookies and chocolate are good occasionally it helps to have that as a reward! If you want take a snack before football practice starts its an energy booster. Good luck man.
