Hello, i'm a male 16 years old, 5'9 150lbs. I go to the gym everyday...Next couple weeks ill be doing the gym and football 6 times a week. I am really conserned that my diet isnt right.
Here are my questions:
a) I am not getting enough calories for how active i am, i really dont know what kind of foods to eat other then the basics. PLEASE give me a diet plan of what all i could eat in a day.
b) I need more variety of foods, especially foods that help with my strength,speed and endurance.
Please, help me out here guys...
