In 9th, 10th, and 11th grade in order to go to the next grade do you have to join clubs or take extra classes or is all you have to do just go to your classes and do good in them?

  1. It's not necessary to join clubs, but the experience you get & carry with you in the future is invaluable.

Of course, you need to do well in your classes, but extracurricular activities help you to learn new things, make new friends, and have fun, instead of the daily routine of just sitting in class.

  2. i haven't graduated but my brother has and he did none of that stuff he just took all the classes to get credits

  3. No I never had to join clubs or take any extra classes. The only reason why you would need to take extra classes would be for summer school if you failed a couple.

All I had to do was go to them and pass. Seemed to work fine for me.

    Hope I helped you out.

  4. just do well in your classes, when it comes to getting into colleges it helps to be in clubs and stuff

  5. No, you don't have to join clubs. Although it may help on college applications to show that you are a well rounded individual. You may even be able to get some scholarships by being involved with certain groups.

  6. ha no way man you really dont even have to do good in classes ( you should though) i messed around a lot and failed a couple classes and still moved on to the next grade you just have to make up the classes. its all about your credits at the end of high school you have to have the required amount and take the required classes.
