I've got a serious problem, UNICEF related?

I'm 17 years old and the fact that children of the world ar not being treated right gets me really emotional, how can people be so uncaring and cruel to someone so small and inoccent?

I heard about unicef and their work for childrens rights. I want to help in anyway i can at an international level, i alradey help out in my own country and community but i feel i can do way more. how could i let the heads or officials or whoever know that i want to work with them?

  3. Working for the UN is difficult, but you can often get internships in various departments once you're in college or university.  UNICEF has an internship programme, too.  They have strict requirements - you must speak two languages fluently, and have very good grades.

    Remember that there are plenty of non-governmental organizations and public service organizations beyond UNICEF that do a lot of work for children.  You could even start at home, volunteering at shelters, or looking into social service work in your community.

  5. If you were to look closely into the forest that is UNICEF, you would see that it does little to help children and some UN employees have been known to exploit them.

    Like any large organization UNICEF has had its problems but the basis for UNICEF and its mission is noble
