  1. football

  2. i would put them some old clothes on, get loads of paper, pens, anything like that and let them go wild making a massive picture, and don't worry about the mess, it all cleans!!

  3. I have a 16 month old who is incredibly active but seems to get bored easily. One of his favorite things is when I get down on the floor and hands and knees and say "I'm gonna get you" and he takes off running. He laughs so hard and has so much fun. Within a few minutes his energy is burned. Sometimes I take him outside and just let him explore. When you're 1, rock and sticks are endlessly fascinating.

It gets tricky because this is a very transitional phase. Just find something that brings your child massive amounts of joy and go with it!

    Good luck sweetie!

  4. Rolling a ball back and forth to each other, going outside and feeling the grass, dirt, etc, get a small box and put objects inside-show the child taking out and putting back in, play peek a boo, sing a song, do any signing songs, like the alphabet, chasing around a room saying I'm going to catch you (my kid loves that), carrying around on piggy back, one crayon and a coloring book(although at one child might want to eat the crayon instead of color but give it a go to see), walk around the house and point at things and name them, like green chair or red plate......oh, you get the idea.  Pretty much anything.

  5. dont play monopoly

when i was one i ate the monopoly hat :)

swimming is good i take my on year old nephew all the time and afterwards hes tired so he sleeps and i get a break from babysitting lol

  6. Go swimming, go to the park

  7. Ring around the rosie

    airplane

Children this age aren't really able to play games with more than one thing to do(like spin in ring around the rosie)

    Good luck!

  8. hjhjhgjhgj

  9. Try hide and go seek, my one year old LOVES this!!!!

If they are able to walk, talk them outside for a wonder, my daughter loves going outside she just runs around and goes crazy!

You could take them to a park, that have toddler swings.

Try putting on a DVD like the wiggles or Hi 5, and dance along with them and clap!

  10. Bung a few sweets around the hoese and/or garden. Make sure the first couple are real easy to find, but the rest are well hidden.

You'll get peace and quiet for a couple of hours.
