I've got an eviction/judgment on my credit report?

that I plan on paying off at the end of the year. I plan on renting a house from an agency a couple months after. Will the eviction/ judgement still be on my credit report after I pay it off? And even when it is payed off will renting agencies be able to see I had an eviction/ judgement? Or will I get taken off of the "renters eviction" list....if there is even such a thing.

think it may take 7 years but iw ould check with lawyer.

It will still be on your credit report even after you pay it off...for the next seven years.
