I've got problems with the British Radio ?

I cannot listen properly to live music from Virgin Radio while Magic radio doesn't work at all...maybe because i'm in italy but on the net it should work worldwide.. What can i do?

Some stations are restricted to the country of origen so you you may not be able to access then outside the uk. Make sure you have the correct media player that the station is broadcasting on for example if it suggests windows media 10, the latest version of 11 may not support the station.

I would check your broadband connection, how fast it is and whether it is constant. I find that for it to work well while surfing the Internet, you need a 2Mbps connection or better and more if several computers are using the same connection. They claim that it will work with a connection speed of 512Kbps or better but not in my experience.

Then I would check that you have the most up to date Mp3 playing software. Make sure that you've got the most up to date version of Windows Media Player or RealPlayer. If it still won't work, e-mail Virgin Radio and Magic. As you say, Internet radio should work worldwide (except where the authorities censor it, as they've been known to do in China).
