i think its normal. because my cousin was insecure about it when she was younger also. i think she is still beautiful because it brings out her smile more! hmm maybe a little foundation would help? or that new fructis eye puff remover thing that just came out! :D

this could be a number of things. one it could be that your not gettign enough sleep at night. or it could be that your under too much stress right now. or that your not eating enough nutritous foods. you didnt really specify.
